Video: Duck Quacking Interrupts Obama Speech

Ever wondered why certain people only forget to switch of their mobile phone ones during an important meeting? The guy in this video can tell you why. His cell phone or shall we say “his quacking duck” interrupted Barack Obama’s speech. Obama demanded to know whose duck it was. It all ended up in much laughter.
